You are looking at a 4 piece set of chrome billet spike mirror bolts.  These bolts take the place of the flathead bolts used with most aftermarket mirror blockoffs.

These bolts will work for the block-offs with custom mirrors or the standard mirror block-offs.

This is a small Billet Chrome Twisted Grooved 5 mm Threaded Spike with shoulder. Usually used to replace fairing mounting screws but may fit anywhere a 5 mm screw fits which requires a space to hold a panel above the threaded hole.
